INTRODUCTION
Radiology Department will conducted a training with Alypz (formerly Asia Lab) on radiation protection on 12th May 2017. Alypz (formerly Asia Lab) is a licensed training agency approved by Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB) and Ministry of Health (MOH). We provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) for the doctors and radiographers registered with the Ministry of Health (MOH).
COURSE OBJECTIVE
- Understand the best practice of protection from radiation risks and hazards in medical sector
- Have detailed knowledge and understanding of ionizing radiation and their hazards and risks to our health
- Understand the legal requirement under Act 304
